We are adapting to Government guidelines and as a result will now be changing the way that you can shop on site at Provender Nurseries.
From 13th July we will now be moving onto our next phase where we will now be running the following system and you will no longer need to book in online.
You will be greeted at the door by one of our team and to gain access to the Cash and Carry each person wishing to enter will need to provide the following details:
Company Name / Customer Reference, Customer Name, Address and Contact Number.
This is in accordance with Government guidelines. If you cannot provide the information above you will not be granted access on site. Please make all members of your working teams aware of the changes.
We will continue to maintain the following safety measures on site:
- Social distancing applies at all times.
- We encourage that you please wear PPE when on site. We can provide you with gloves should you need.
- We would prefer card payment where possible.
- Hand gel is provided at the entrance door and at the tills. We would encourage you to use them on entering and when using the card payment.
- Hand washing station is available.
Click and Collect will return to normal with no need to book in a collection time. Please state upon arrival at the door that you are on site for an order collection and you will be guided to the waiting area. We would encourage that payment is processed before collection in order to avoid congestion at the till area. Click and Collect orders can be taken by email, phone and the Trade Zone.
Thank you for continuing to support Provender Nurseries during these unusual times. We have had so many emails and words of encouragement over the last few weeks. We really do appreciate them and regret not being able to react to the volume of demand as quickly as some of you may require.
We may, as we reopen as above have to tweak some of the procedures as we go along. We will let you know as we do. Our team members that greet you at the door will be updated regularly on any changes too. Keep an eye on our website and your email inbox for regular updates
