Erigeron glaucus 'Sea Breeze'
Description: A compact growing mound producing a mass of daisy like pink flowers above the bluey green foliage in summer. Repeat flowering throughout the summer forming pretty mounds which give good value for long season colour.
Uses: Good for the front of the border, large rockeries or cottage garden style planting. .As it is from a coastal location is therefore easily grown in maritime gardens. Attracts butterflies.
Climate/Position: Full sun is needed for continuous flowering and seeing the plant at its best.
Height/Spread: 20-30 cm x 30-45 cm.
Soil Requirements: Any well drained soil and resents winter damp.
Pruning: Trim off the flower heads after flowering from the first flush to avoid seed-heads forming and more buds and flowers will follow for a long lasting display..
