New Settlement Discount Structure

Dear Customer,

As from the 1^st July 2024, we will be introducing changes to the settlement discount applied on cash and card payments.

These changes are being implemented across our customer base and does not affect the normal 50% trade discount applied on plants. **

As from the 1^st July, the settlement discounts will now be 5% on all sundries and 5% on all plants and will be applicable to cash and carry sales only.

Any orders where we pick or reserve stock for you such as through the Quoted sales or the online team will no longer be eligible to receive the settlement discounts.

As a result of these changes to the settlement discount we will be offering more special offers, multi-buy, bulk buys and money saving solutions on site, on our website and by emails.

These changes will come into effect on the 1^st July. We will honour the previous settlement discount for any orders placed before 30^th June.
