This is one of our most popular varieties of Acer, mainly due to its foliage colour. The bright green leaves turn scarlet red in the autumn, lasting for several weeks before falling, adding some lovely added interest.
Acer palmatum ‘Osakazuki’ is great for small gardens. It has a slightly open habit and likes partial shade and moist, slightly acidic soil.
