An invaluable plant for adding structure to shaded areas. The evergreen foliage keeps its glossy lustre all year round - looks great when wet. Plant with plenty of other ferns for best effect and all year-round interest. Prefers partial shade, likes a moist but well drained humus rich soil, also Prefers a lime-free soil. Height 45-60cm. Spread 60cm.
