We have a NEW and very EXCITING job opportunity! We are on the hunt for a Quoted Sales Team Executive.
About the role
This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, encouraging new customers, providing quotes, processing orders and overseeing transactions from confirmation to completion.
Starting salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience/knowledge)
Hours: 42.5 per week Monday – Friday & Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Full-time, fixed term for 12 months.

Role requirements
- Provide accurate quotes, guidance and advice to customers by email or telephone
- Process customer orders on time, amend orders and arrange delivery slots
- Keep customers informed on the progress of their orders and manage expectation
- Source stock for order fulfilment
- Attend trade shows and events as and when required
- Keep up to date with current plant health issues and make sure that Provender Nurseries is working in line with current Bio-security guidelines
- Keep up to date with stock on site/looking good
- Assisting at the sales counter/point when required
Our ideal candidate
- Horticultural qualifications or experience in the industry
- Experience working in a sales role
- Passionate and knowledgeable about plants
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure during our busy period
- POS system experience
- Able to use various Microsoft Suite applications
- Good numerical skills
- Collaborative in nature
