Daphnes are a slow-growing, low maintenance, medium-sized shrub that are popular for their captivating scent that fills the air from February through to June.
There are various different types of Daphne that produce clusters of pink, white or yellow flowers, usually from late winter to summer.
Daphnes prefer light shade, in a sheltered spot somewhere where the scent can be enjoyed in a soil with plenty of organic matter.
Ideal for even the smallest of gardens.
