We are recruiting for a full-time Order Picker. The purpose of this role is to efficiently and accurately collate customer orders. To identify quality plants and have an understanding of biosecurity. Manage paper work with high detail and communicate well with other departments.

About the role
To work closely with the sales teams and other departments. Confidently relay information about stock availabilities and quality. Take high levels of care and attention whilst handling stock and correctly stand it down with consideration to its horticultural requirements.
The ideal candidate
- Organised and methodical approach towards work
- Good spatial awareness when navigating site with trailer
- Demonstrates good attention to detail and works well under pressure during the peak season
- Excellent communication skills
- Good level of plant knowledge and plant health
- Nursery experience helpful but not essential
Starting salary: £25,850 - £29,100 (dependent on experience)
