We have taken delivery of an excellent range of Yucca plants and thought we would let you know!
Grown for their dramatic foliage, architectural form and huge exotic flower spikes with large white flowers along the stem in the summer, Yucca are reminiscent of holidays in the Mediterranean or tropics.
Don’t let that exotic look fool you, Yucca are tough plants and given good drainage and a sunny site will reward for any years to come
In stock and looking rather superb we have:
- Yucca filamentosa. A personal favourite with the leaves edged with curly hair-like filaments.
- Yucca filamentosa Variegata. As above with broad yellow stripes to the leaves
- Yucca gloriosa. The most popular of commonly used Yucca
- Yucca gloriosa Citrus Twist. Leaves have a bright lemon and lime band
- Yucca gloriosa Variegata. Leaves are striped on the margins with creamy yellow
- Yucca rostrata. Steel-grey rigidly upright leaves. Sometimes known as the Tree Yucca due the woody stem it produces after time.
- Yucca torreyi. A broad leaved Yucca with marron edges to the leaves
