Griselinia originate from New Zealand and are just the ticket for use in exposed, coastal and balcony plantings in the UK.
Growth rate for Griselinia averages between 10-20cm a year and has a dense growth habit, so it is a great plant for creating a decent size windbreak in a short period of time. It is an easy plant to prune and is not fussy on soil as long as it is free draining. When in flower it is a great feeding stop for pollinators too.
